The last WCMC autocross was held on the first day of November at Zion Benton High School, courtesy of Jason Powell, who teaches physics there. It was a chilly day, and it never got warm enough to really dry off the asphalt from the morning rains.
Twelve miatas showed up for the final event. Mark Bart and Trevor Sadler had a very profitable day as they both scored enough points by the website calculations to move up in the final rankings. In fact, Trevor was only .2 seconds away from ending Jason Powell's unbroken string of first place finishes in the B class.
The course itself was very challenging. Half of the drivers were not
able to finish the course without hitting at least one cone.
